Position Overview:
Ranch Ehrlo Society is seeking a compassionate and energetic House Parent to provide a nurturing and supportive environment in a group living setting. The role focuses on maintaining household standards, preparing nutritious meals, and supporting individuals with complex needs, including behavioral challenges and developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement monthly meal plans.
  • Prepare nutritious, home-cooked meals and snacks.
  • Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping standards.
  • Support individuals with life skills such as cooking, cleaning, budgeting, and self-care.
  • Accurately complete reports and documentation.
  • Provide care and assistance to individuals with complex needs.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Grade 12 education.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to work in a team and provide compassionate support.
