Position Overview:

Nelson Motors & Equipment is seeking an experienced Corporate Service Manager to provide strategic leadership for our service operations. This role involves managing labor sales, staffing, budgets, and building strong customer relationships to drive service sales growth. The position offers flexibility to work from any of our five dealing sites in southeast Saskatchewan.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the agriculture industry.
  • Leadership experience managing teams for performance improvement.
  • A degree, diploma, or applicable trade certification in business or agriculture.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Service Advisor, and CDK is a strong asset.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel within Canada and the United States.
  • Must possess a legal authorization to work in Canada.
