Position Overview:
Langenburg & District Activity Centre is seeking a dedicated Executive Director to lead the organization’s operations. The ED will manage residential homes, vocational programs, and employment initiatives, serving individuals with varying abilities in the communities of Langenburg and Esterhazy. The role involves overseeing service delivery, financial management, and human resources while fostering relationships with staff, community members, funders, and government agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all operational aspects, including service delivery, finances, and HR.
  • Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Implement strategic goals as directed by the Board of Directors.
  • Provide leadership to the management team and staff.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of leadership/management experience, ideally in a nonprofit.
  • Post-secondary education and related experience.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Experience working with a volunteer Board of Directors.
  • Familiarity with supporting individuals with varying capabilities.
  • Must provide a Criminal Record Check (vulnerable sector).
