Position Overview:
SaskGaming is seeking a friendly and customer-focused Restaurant Ambassador to join the team at Casino Regina. The Restaurant Ambassador will be responsible for providing a warm and prompt reception to all guests entering the restaurant, while also assisting servers and bartenders to ensure exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and welcome guests upon their arrival.
  • Provide Assistance with seating and confirm a smooth movement of guests into the restaurant.
  • Support servers and bartenders with service tasks to enhance the guest experience.
  • Work closely with the Food & Beverage Shift Manager to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum education: Grade 10.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in a customer service or hospitality role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Capability to work in a fast-paced setting while upholding professionalism.
