Position Overview:
Tech Edge Ltd is searching for two experienced Technical Support Agents to
assist users facing computer problems. The role comprises troubleshooting,
providing advice, and offering business systems, network, and Internet support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reply
to users experiencing technical difficulties.
- Look
up manuals and user guides to find and implement solutions.
- Deliver
training and advice to users regarding their technical issues.
- Maintain
a problems and solutions log for reference by other support staff.
- Participate
in software redesign and improvement.
- Troubleshoot
network, software, and hardware problems.
Qualifications:
- Technical/Applied
Science Certificate.
- 1-2
years of experience in technical support or associated fields.
- Robust
troubleshooting skills and capability to work under pressure.
