Position Overview:
Battlefords Residential Services Inc. is looking for an Executive Director to deliver
leadership and direction in helping individuals with exceptionalities achieve
their fullest potential. The Executive Director will work strictly with the
Board to support the organization’s mission, strategy, and goals while managing
day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate
with the Board to fulfill governance functions.
- Lead
the organization in achieving its mission, strategy, and annual
objectives.
- Oversee
operations, administration, and financial management.
- Recommend
and manage budgets in compliance with regulations.
- Lead,
mentor, and coach staff for optimal performance.
- Certify
effective delivery of programs and services.
- Build
and maintain networks with government and community partners.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's
degree in a related field.
- 3-5
years of management experience.
- Excellent
leadership, communication, and budgeting abilities.
- Ability
to build relationships with government and community contacts.
