Job Title: Logistics and Sales Support Coordinator

Position Overview:
Creative Display Saskatchewan, the premier trade show exhibit and display company, is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Logistics and Sales Support Coordinator. This full-time position will involve coordinating logistics for installations and shipments, managing sales orders, and providing essential support to our project management team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring timely delivery and installation of display systems, helping to maintain the company's reputation for quality and efficiency across Canada.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and manage installation schedules, ensuring staff assignments and location details are in place for smooth operations.
• Oversee logistics, coordinate shipping methods, secure quotes from carriers, and ensure orders meet specified timelines for delivery.
• Prepare accurate estimates and sales orders for clients, working closely with the sales team to deliver solutions that meet customer needs.
• Track and update detailed order information, including timelines, pricing, and schedules, ensuring all data is accurately reflected in internal systems.
• Assist with project management tasks, providing research on new products, solutions, and best practices to improve services offered to clients.
• Maintain and update detailed records of all logistics, sales support tasks, and installations using spreadsheets and internal databases.
• Assist in inventory management by keeping track of display materials, ensuring adequate stock levels, and coordinating reorders when necessary.
• Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure seamless integration of logistics and support efforts, solving any issues that arise with shipping or installation.
• Support the team in troubleshooting and resolving logistical or sales-related issues, providing proactive solutions and maintaining client satisfaction.

Qualifications:
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and other general office equipment.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working both independently and within a team environment.
• Experience with project management software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems is an asset.
• Ability to handle the physical aspects of coordinating logistics, such as managing display materials and liaising with installation teams when necessary.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
