Position Overview:

Nu Image Medical Professional Corporation is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to drive the growth of our medical esthetics clinic. The ideal candidate will work in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, leading sales efforts, and enhancing client relationships to promote our services and build our brand in the competitive medical esthetics industry.

The role requires a forward-thinking leader who can manage both digital and traditional marketing channels, analyze market trends, and coordinate promotional campaigns to attract and retain clients. This is a full-time position located in Regina, offering an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-growing field.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy Development:
    Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans that increase clinic visibility and client acquisition across digital platforms and traditional media channels.
  • Social Media Management:
    Oversee social media platforms by generating engaging content, fostering audience engagement, and driving client interest.
  • Market Analysis:
    Conduct market research, track competitor activities, and identify opportunities for business growth and expansion.
  • Promotional Campaigns and Events:
    Plan and execute promotional events, campaigns, and partnerships aimed to help increase brand awareness and obtain new customers.
  • Sales Leadership:
    Lead the sales process, from generating leads to onboarding new clients, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all clients.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    Building and maintaining close and lasting relationships with customers old and new to establish loyalty.
  • Collaboration with Clinic Team:
    Work closely with the clinic’s team to develop tailored service packages, promotions, and marketing materials that meet the needs and preferences of clients.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
    Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) in both marketing and sales, using data to make informed decisions and improve strategies.

 Qualifications:

  • Marketing & Sales Experience:
    Proven experience in marketing and sales, ideally within the medical aesthetics or healthcare industries. Experience in similar high-end service sectors will be considered.
  • Digital Marketing Expertise:
    Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, social media management, and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills:
    Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Creativity & Innovation:
    Creative mind to propose an innovative marketing campaign that can be appealing to markets in a competitive marketplace.
  • Analytical & Data-Driven:
    Strong analytical skills in terms of studying the campaign performance and making data-driven decisions..
