- Install Electrical Systems: Bring spaces to life by setting up wiring, outlets,
lighting, and circuit breakers in residential and commercial projects, all
while following safety codes and regulations.
- Diagnose and Fix Issues: Troubleshoot problems like faulty wiring or circuit
malfunctions. With your tools and expertise, you’ll quickly identify and
solve the issue.
- Upgrade Systems:
Modernize outdated electrical systems, whether it’s installing
energy-efficient solutions or upgrading panels to meet current standards.
- Routine Maintenance:
Perform regular inspections and maintenance to keep electrical systems
safe, efficient, and in top shape.
- Ensure Safety Compliance: Follow OSHA guidelines and local electrical codes,
always putting safety first.
- Collaborate with Others: Partner with contractors, HVAC technicians, and
construction crews to ensure projects stay on schedule.
- Deliver Great Customer Service: Communicate clearly with clients, explain your work,
and make sure they’re happy with the results.
- Keep Records:
Document the details of every job, including parts used and time spent,
for easy reference later.
Requirements:
- Education & Certification: A high school diploma or GED is required, along with
completion of an apprenticeship or a valid electrical license (based on
local/state laws).
- Experience:
You have at least 2–3 years of hands-on experience as a licensed
electrician in residential, commercial, or industrial settings.
- Technical Expertise:
You’re skilled in working with circuits, electrical systems, blueprints,
and diagnostic tools.
- Physical Fitness:
This is a physical job, so you’re prepared for tasks like lifting
equipment, working in tight spaces, and standing for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail:
